FMS Serial Port Circuit Diagram

This is based on the circuit from the FMS manual.

The following changes have been made:

• D1 added to prevent reverse voltage being applied to transistors when com port is idle.
  
• R1 added to move the switching point to 2volts for cleaner signal and increase input impedance.
  
• R3,4 values increased to decrease drain on the serial port.
  

Note that the Tx Power connection is only for the special Micron R/C dummy transmitter which consumes only 1ma.
